Angels may fall as they are possessive of free will. A messenger without a will is not deceived and does not sway. Pure and naive of temperament, they convey the teachings of the heavens.

Angels' words are oft misconstrued, resulting in war and strife. The winged ones would grow remorseful and wont to entertain the folly of demons. The heavens came to need messengers of a more naive temperament.
